independent patterns of 2 inches, 3 inches, 5 inches,6 inches & 8 inches
can be processed with such machine.
Max quilting thickness can reach 80mm, fit for thicker material.
Machine body is with integration structure, easy for installation and dismounting.
More precise pattern quilting and more pretty stitch.
Application:
It is used to quilt sponge and fabric together for mattress,mattress cover,sofa,etc.
1.Panasonic servo motor,driver,Delta frequency, bearings are made in Japan, German needles.
2.New model with 4 needle bars.Max independent pattern size can reach 8 inches, max pattern size can be 16inches.
Function:
1.This mattress machine adopts the advanced process design.
2.Pressing block and needle bar taking the double rocker avoid the materials be soiled by lube.
3.High rigidity machine body,perfect protecting equipment and steady-going control system.
4.Principal axis takes frequency ports system, and X,Y motors are driven by servo system.
5.Mattress machine test the working state of all sensors and computer in real time.
6.Machine will autostop when the bottom or upper thread broke by infrared. Auto lift needle and adjust the speed by computer.
7.When the servo motor system and transducer has a problem, the computer will show up with a fault tip, which is convenient to eliminate problems for mattress machine.

2.If need be, customer can come to our factory for training, or we can also send our engineer for training.
3.Spare parts can be shiped with machines.
4.Usually for only one quilting machine, we need 1*20ft container for loading. If customer also need a cuting machine and a roller together, then 1*40ft container is needed.
5. All our machines are generally packed by plastic film. If needed, we can also pack machines in wooden case.
