Feature:
We have machine with 3 needle bar(5" and (6"),now add new machine with 4 needle bar(8"), independent patterns of 2 inch, 3 inch, 5 inch,6 inch & 8 inch can be processed with such machine.
Max quilting thickness can reach 80mm, fit for thicker material.
Machine body is with integration structure, easy for installation and dismounting.
More precise pattern quilting and more pretty stitch.
Function:

2.Pressing block and needle bar taking the double rocker avoid the materials be soiled by lube.

4.Principal axis takes frequency ports system, and X,Y motors are driven by servo system.
5.Test the working state of all sensors and computer in real time.
6.Machine will autostop when the bottom or upper thread broke by infrared. Auto lift needle and adjust the speed by computer.
