Ink Storage:
A shelf life of 12 months is guaranteed when storing the inks at 21 centigrade and in the original packing container. At higher storage temperature the shelf life will be reduced;
Anilox Roll:
Suggest using laser carving ceramic materials anilox roll;
Ink Transfer system:
Suggest using the doctor blade system with sealing device;
Detergent:
Flexo plate: YF-1001 flexo plate cleaner;
Anilox: YF-1002 anilox cleaner;
Color Strength:
The color strength can be different on the various printing substrate. Especially for on the metal foil paper, PP and PVC. A test for suitability must always be carried out before printing;
