Foshan Smart Electronics Co., Ltd. Was founded in 2007. We are a professional enterprise engaged in the designing, manufacturing and sales of tablet PC.
Our factory covers an area of 10, 000 square meters and has nearly 450 well-trained employees. Of all the employees, we have 35 experienced technicians, most of them are in electronics field for more than 10 years, they are specialized in circuit design, PCB layout, software development, EMI testing etc...critical work. We have 3 hi-speed SMT lines, 2 DIP lines, 2 testing lines, 3 assemble lines, 1 packaging line.
Since the establishment of our company, we realize that a quality management system is so important to a company's success. We have adopted the ISO9001-2000 quality management system, under this system, we have developed suitable sub-management system to guide different department' s work and improve it continuously. All of our products have passed international tests and obtained CE, RoHS and FCC certifications.
To guarantee all of our products can meet our customers'quality requirements, we have set up supply chain management system to evaluate and select qualified components suppliers, at the same time we have established strict quality control system in our own factory. All the incoming components must undergo quality checking; During the production process, all the functional modular must be tested; After the assembly, the finished product must go through extensive testing process.
