Yg-alg-9 ype ampoule filling and sealing machine is a liquid filling machine our company has developed for the production of ampoule injectable liquid production.It adopts peristaltic pump and 9 head filling.

Working principle:
This machine consists of bottle feeding net conveyor, star wheel, and bottle feeding rack, ceramic pump filling system, flame nozzle, vertical sealing plier, bottle outlet track and electric control system. It depends on the upper and lower bottle feeding rack to position ampoules.<o:p>
Tray and star wheel are used to feed ampoule, rack to position ampoules, high temperature flame to melt the glass to seal the ampoules.
Characteristic:
Ceramic pump with high precision; running speed is high and filling error is small.<o:p>
Filling device has anti-dripping function,no"black head" after sealing.<o:p>
Liquid filling and sealing in one machine, space-saving.Simple structure, good appearance and easy to clean.<o:p>
Rack positioning is precise, running is stable can fill bottles of different size<o:p>
Touch panel control, easy operation.Speed controlled by inverter, high automation degree.<o:p>
