OLYM Metal Products Co., Ltd, which founded in2001, is a specialized investment casting manufacturer, member of China Foundry Association and one of the strongest manufacturers in investment casting industry in China.
We possess powerful technology and management in the line, 3 top managers with rich experience have been engaged in foundry for more than 20 years! We do OEM manufacturing as per customer's drawings and samples, we are capable of serving customers with a package solution in terms of optimizing design of part, casting, machining, heat-treatment and finish so that our customers can cut down costs in their products and obtain value-added parts.
Adopting Silica Sol technology in processing, we manufacture various castings covering all kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel series, as well as stainless steel series, products cover wide application: Machinery parts, automobile parts, medical equipment parts, electronic instrument parts, marine hardware, hardware tools, and etc. The annual capacity is more than 600 tons.
We have manufactured more than 1000 part numbers of products, 80% of them have been exported to the America and Europe, Here is the list of some of our customers:

Our company has passed ISO9001: 2000 certification and have carried out inspection and control on entire process from raw material input, processing to final delivery. We implement advanced international standards in quality control, the dimensional / geometrical tolerance of casting are compliance with ICI or VDG P690 and so on, we cast materials as per GB, ICI, ASTM, DIN, or JIS, so far we have ever used 30 different materials in casting. We set up a material laboratory equipped with advanced apparatus and machines like spectrum analyzer which ensures chemical compositions of material to be correct.
Implementing people-oriented and scientific management, we possess stable work team and high personal quality& well-traininged staff. Adopting of LAN connecting different departments and real time monitoring of production process, we have greatly improved efficiency of production management to assure timely and better service for our customers.
