The working priciple and characteristics:
CY532 series LD end -pumped acoustic optic Q switched pulse green light marking machine adopts internationally advanced cavity resonator design and laser control technology, achieving excellent beam quality, higher long-term working stability and narrower laser pulse width under the operation of high power. The specialized-cavity thermal compensation technology and harmonic conversion technology help realize highly efficient conversion of frequency doubling. This series of laser adopts Nd: regarding YAG crystal as gain medium to achieve greater single pulse energy under low working frequency.
This device has good working stability and is compatible with software such as AutoCAD, Core IDRAW, Photoshop etc. The output of the device can realize automatic editing of letter symbol, graphic image, barcode, two-dimension code and serial nimber automatic progressive increase, and it can modify and support various file formats.eg. PLT, DXF, BMP. JPG. It can use TTF font library directly.
Application:
It can be applied for engraving on the surface of glass and crystal ware, such as mobile phone screen, LCD screen optics and automative glass. It also can be applied for the surface machining of most metal and non-metal materials and thin film coating processing. eg. hardware, ceramics, glasses and clock and watch, pc electronic device, various instrument, pcb plate, control panel, nameplate, display panel and plastic etc
