Bottle entering ---Disinfectant swashing ---Pure water swashing---Bottle dropped down ---Bottle seated on the bottle pushing supporter---Pure water feeding ---(cap-aligning) cap-covering ---capping ---output of finished water, which is controlled by PLC with the functions of automatic finish, precise orientation, little manpower and low working intensity

All the total production line include, de-capper, outside brushing machine, washing bottle machine, filling machine, capper.
3. Technical Features:
a)Machine is made of stainless steel AISI 304.
b)Intermittent movement of the machine will start and stop to finalize washing process.
c)Enclosure is made of plexiglass on the bottle in-feed and exit area.
d)Inside lighting of all phases of the washing cycle.
e)Large transparent windows are on all sides of machine to allow monitoring of the internal functions.
