Installation and training

 1.Without sending engineer Manual and video will be sent to you for training and learning how to   install machine. Internet remove assistance is available 24hs everyday. 

 2.With engineer Engineer will be sent to your country for one week, dealing with the installation and  training.User need to take care of tickets, accommodation, food and cooperating with the engineer we dispatch. 

 3. If you are here you get 5 days for free training, if you are in our factory. We will learn you any basic information about  the machine.

1.How soon can you send the machine after I placing the order?

The common models such as GY-9060S, GY-1290S, GY-1490S, GY-1680D, GY-1610D, GY-4030M, GY-2513TE etc. are in the stock and can be sent timely. 

 

2. Can you arrange the shipment for me?

We can arrange the shipment for our clients accordingly by sea and air. Trading terms FOB, CIF,  EXW are available.

 

3. How do I know that I have all the goods I ordered before the shipment?

Pictures will be sent to our clients for confirmation before the shipment.

 

4. How can I get Machine's spare parts, such as laser tube?

There are two methods. Spare Parts ordered together with the machine, this is the safest way to transport the laser tube. The other way is you can inform us when you need to replace the consumables,we will send them to you within 24 working hours.

 

 

5.Which parts of the machine are als

The wearing parts of machine are laser tube, lens and reflectors.

 

 

6. Does your laser run from a laptop or Desktop PC?
Both ok, as long as your operating system is windows 2000, windows 7 or XP or vista, etc.

 

7. Does your laser work from printer in CorelDraw?
Our laser cutter can work in CorelDraw, Photoshop directly.
It is connected to PC by using a USB cable.

 

8. What files is the software compatible with?
JPEG,DWG, BMP, PLT, DST, DXF,CDR,AI, etc.

 

9. What's the difference between the different laser tubes?
Usually, the power of the tube is decided by two parameters:
1.the length of the tube, the longer the tube is, the more powerful.
2. the diameter of the tube, the bigger the tube is, the more powerful.
