Q: Why the color is not shiny brass and even spot could be seen on the surface?
Eyelets from Juwang are shiny brass, no spot on surface. Reason for color changing might be improper storage environment, eyelets requires dry weather, no wet or direct sunshine, otherwise, material would be oxidized
Q: Why the eyelets cannot be riveted tightly?
That might because you choose a wrong size, maybe too long, shank dia. too small or material thickness too thin.
Q: Why eyelets cannot be split and riveted like a flower?
It is not the eyelets cannot be split and riveted, splitting and riveting depends on the application stamping die.
